Requires stipulated net income
Pennsylvania guideline support (Pa.R.C.P. 1910.16-3) is computed on both parents' monthly net incomes. The engine behind this site requires each net figure directly; it does not convert gross pay to net for Pennsylvania, because the state rule's net-income definition depends on a parent's real tax withholding and other deductions, not a formula this site could apply uniformly without guessing.
What to use instead
The full Pennsylvania child support calculator on this site runs the same real guideline engine and sources as every other state page. It asks for the net-income figures Pennsylvania's formula actually requires, rather than trying to derive them from a hypothetical weekly gross paycheck the way this series does for states with a gross-based formula.
